STEP 1  :  如下框內  As below

STEP 2.    keyin project name and create new project in windows

 

                                          STEP3:  choice your platform      next

                                       STEP4  :  keyin as below and    finish

                                  step5 :   set  configure  before  compiler

step6 :   keyin   project  in android tab and choice AVD name  in target tab 

step7 :  project run  and compiler

step 8  :   OK
